Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Standard Orders: All standard in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your purchase.
- Pre-Order Items: Items purchased during a pre-order sale do not follow our standard timeline. These items will ship as scheduled according to the specific release and shipping dates listed on the product page.
- Tracking: Once any order has been packaged and handed off to our carrier, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
- Combined Shipping: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship.
- Carrier Delays: Please note that once a package leaves our facility, transit times are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by weather or carrier volume.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at shopwildj@gmail.com so we can assist you.
